This is how a business should be run
Last fall I made the Nantucket Jacket from the cover of Interweave knits, as a class at my LYS, A Knitted Peace in Littleton. I am so proud of that project because it was the most complex project I have made to date. I put mother of pearl buttons on it and it looked great. After the first washing, 2 of the buttons broke, so I went down to the shop with my sweater to try to find new buttons for it. When the owner, Marcia, saw my predicament, she credited me back for all 5, not just the two that broke!!! I bought new buttons with the credit and spent nearly $40 more! I am now a customer for life!
